Last week I dusted off my trusty Bernina and had some fun creating these vintage children's aprons. My friend "Tink" came over to show me how to make my own patterns and after a little trial and error this is what I came up with. I just love this apple pear fabric from the Alexander Henry Collection.
Ruffle Pocket. Pre-teen size.
I am also happy that my new wire dress form served another great purpose. :)
It's hard to tell but these pixie aprons are sized approximately for ages 3-5.

So cute! This is what I'm doing for my sisters for Christmas. I love your dress form. You did a great job. Maybe you can make the boys' aprons come up around the neck, but with a less feminine shape. Have fun!
Man, I am loving those. Would you make me one for Brooke for her birthday? Seriously. She will turn 5 on December 8th, I will pay you good money. I am serious, let me know if that would be something you would do for me. I LOVE Them.

I LOVE them. Oh and yes, we will definitely find out what we are having. I don't understand the point in waiting because one way or another it is going to be a surprise.
Wow, I LOVE them! Very inspiring--I may have to do something like that some year for Christmas as well... :)
